HOW TO REGISTER

You can fill out the registration form on your computer or print the form and fill it out by hand. Here’s what to do:

  1. Open the document.
  2. Start at the top, click next to “First” and type your first name.
  3. Hit the TAB key to jump to the next entry, “Last” and type your last name.
    • NOTE: If the TAB key doesn’t move the selection to the next space, just use your mouse and click in the space and then type in it.
    • If you make a mistake, you can click on the text you have typed and either backspace or delete to erase.
  4. Continue to TAB to the next section and fill out the information requested.
    • Click in the spaces for “yes/no” and to select check boxes.
  5. When you get to the registration (money) table, select the number of registrations (just you, right?), enter that number in the yellow box in the “#” column. Do this for all of the selections (making your choice for each meal you are attending.)
  6. You can TAB from the # column to the corresponding $ column, then enter the dollar amount associated with that selection. For example, Registration for one person, enter $30.00 in the “$” column. Continue with your meal selections, and fees for the enrichment activities listed, if you choose one of them.
  7. When you have finished entering all your choices, please total the amount. (Sadly, the form software wasn’t smart enough to add for you.)

Paying with PayPal:

  1. At the bottom of the form, you have the option to include $6 to pay via PayPal. (PayPal charges us to use this option, so we’re sharing the cost with you.)
  2. When you are done and have your total, save the form to your computer.
  3. Email the form to Monica Weyhe, state finance vice president, at: monicaw655@gmail.com.
  4. Pay via PayPal: Here is the link to the AAUW PayPal payment portal: https://paypal.me/AAUWofOregon?country.x=US&locale.x=en_US
  5. OR, now that you have a pretty form, you can print it out and mail to Monica with your check. Mail to: Monica Weyhe, 1543 Nottingham Circle, Medford, 97504 by March 17.

To print and fill out the form by hand:

  1. Click the link to access the registration form.
  2. Choose to print or download to your computer.
  3. Fill out the form, making sure to add up all of the costs for your registration and meals.
  4. Make a copy of the form for your records (you can take a picture with your phone, or print and fill out two copies).
  5. Mail form with your check to: Monica Weyhe, 1543 Nottingham Circle, Medford, 97504 by March 17
