REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Exciting news! In celebration of the 100th anniversary of AAUW of Oregon and in keeping with our “Reaching for the Stars” theme, we have created a fully online registration process. 

This registration process gathers all registration data into an easy to access database for your event coordinator and finance vice president, eliminating the countless hours of manually inputting registration data into a spreadsheet. Thank you for helping us streamline the registration process!!

ONLINE PAYMENT

The online registration form makes paying easy and secure. Our registration process was created using Jotform (Jotform.com) which accepts payments securely and efficiently by sending the payment data you submit directly to AAUW of Oregon’s PayPal account. This process is safely protected with 256-bit SSL encryption. No payment data is stored on Jotform servers. 

NOTE: Jotform is “Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) Service Provider Level I” certified – the highest level of security possible for a business that collects payments from, and integrates with, credit cards. You can learn more about Jotform’s PCI DSS certification HERE

GUESTS

If you plan to have guests join you for any meal, please include their meal selection on the form (yes, you will be charged for their meals as well as your own). We have also created a section where you can share the names of your guests so we can prepare name tags for them. You will be responsible for sharing name tags and appropriate meal tickets with your guests.

ACCESSING THE REGISTRATION FORM

Now you’re ready to register. On the registration form, we ask for your basic information (name, branch, contact information) plus your selections for Enrichment Activities, Breakout Sessions, and Meal Choices, and names of guests.

NOTE: You will have the best success filling out this registration form on a desktop or laptop computer, or a tablet if no computer is available. Completing the form on a phone will be much more difficult.

PAYING BY CHECK

If you prefer to pay by check, you must complete the fillable PDF form. Print a copy for yourself and mail a copy with your check to AAUW of Oregon Finance VP, Monica Weyhe, 1543 Nottingham Circle, Medford, OR 97504. Checks postmarked after April 5 should include the $20 late fee.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR FILLABLE FORM

Please note that the fillable form is not perfect, but it will work. If you have questions, please contact Event Coordinator, Nancy Brown.

  • Access the Fillable Form HERE.
  • Download the form to your computer, saving it as “Your Name-2025 Registration” (to make it easier for you and us).
  • Complete the form on your computer by first clicking in the “Name” field and typing your name.
  • Continue through the form by clicking and filling each section that pertains to you.
  • For checkboxes, click the box of your choice.
  • Registration fee: everyone pays the $30 fee (which hasn’t increased in many years).
    • If your payment check is postmarked after April 5, please select the late fee checkbox as well.
  • Continue to select your meal choice for those meals you plan to attend. 
    • Quantity: type the number of meals of each type you are ordering (“1” for just you or a guest, “2” for you and a guest, etc.).
  • Calculate your TOTAL: unlike the online form that calculates the total for you, you must add up the registration fee(s) plus the total for all meals you order. Enter the total in the red box.
  • Guest List: enter the names of any guests who will be joining you for meals. We will make them a name tag and include it and any guest meal tickets with yours.
